Jam city is currently on the hunt for a a well-practiced Game Director to lead an ambitious casual game by being the vision holder and day-to-day driver of design best practices in partnership with its production lead. This person will lead feature design, constantly defining and refining game features to create the next big mobile hit.
The Game Director is expected to be intimately familiar with best-in-class process and designs of the mobile game industry and to lead by example “in the trenches” driving and communicating a clear vision in a highly collaborative environment. The right candidate will also rally and motivate a team of artists, engineers, designers and more to further establish Jam City as the best casual game maker in the world.
