WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR.
IFGfit is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist. The Customer
Experience Specialist will be responsible for handling customer communication as the voice of the brand delivering fulfilling experiences and lasting customer relationships through phone calls, social media, live chat and email. Most importantly, the Customer Experience Specialist will provide a memorable, educational and thoughtful experience for our customers while displaying a high knowledge of our products and company. Other responsibilities such as making sure our inventory is maintained in an orderly fashion and helping out with shipments may be assigned as necessary. We are looking for a valued team member who is smart, organized, thinks fast on their feet and is personable with people.
