Niche digital marketing company is seeking a motivated Client Ambassador/Account Manager for an exciting position with growth potential. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, articulate, and confident communicator, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Client Ambassador Account Manager:
Client ambassadors are the main point of contact for all client communication after the sales process has been completed.
They present projects, gain approval, get revisions, and discuss internet marketing strategies.
They are also intimately involved in the execution of internet marketing strategies such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC), and social media marketing.
Client Ambassadors are responsible for retention of the client, setting expectations and communicating with the utmost confidence in our business and concern for the client.
Manage blogs, directories, social media profiles.
Write content for blogs, social media materials, advertisements, and website content.
Work collaboratively, but individually to grow the businesses of our clients & get results.
Manage requested website changes (WordPress).
Client Ambassador Account Manager Goals:
Communicate effectively with clients on their progress and any customer service related questions involving their campaign.
Learn the business' internet marketing offerings inside and out. Manage the marketing and advertising tasks assigned monthly.
Work efficiently, with high attention to detail, minimizing the occurrence of costly errors.
Bring creativity to further the business by suggesting more effective methods and internet marketing and social media strategies.
Client Ambassador Account Manager Requirements:
Must be an outgoing, confident, clear communicator.
Must have a passion for advertising and marketing.
Must be local and within driving distance to the Bloomingdale.
Must be organized and value efficiency and accuracy.
Highly desired - previous customer service experience.
Highly desired - experience in internet marketing, search engine optimization, professional writing, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, OR social media marketing experience.
Highly desired - bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
