* Managing inventory and ordering of office supplies
* Pack, send and receive packages
* Receive and input supplier invoices
* Manage generic email accounts and respond to and forward client's requests
* Provide support to sales staff with help of scheduling/confirming appointments
* Perform training seminars with clients remotely over a communication platform (conference call or screenshare)
* Travel to client sites to visit and/or train our software
* Outgoing, approachable, warm personality and strong communication skills
* Able to work with a professional manner in the office
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
* Willingness to learn
* Valid G Class Driver's License
Monday to Friday: 10am - 6pm
