Regional Sales Representative - California LA-Region At ICP Group

Location: Los Angeles, California

Job Description

Purpose & Scope:

We are looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual with proven experience in direct sales to join our Astec Re-Ply Roofing Systems team in the Southern California area (LA/San Bernardino) as a Regional Sales Representative. This position is a full-time outside sales job that requires developing and maintaining new key business-to-business accounts. Astec Re-Ply Roofing Systems was originally founded in 1985 is now part of ICP Group. Astec has been at the forefront of the roof coatings industry since its inception. Operating across the US and in markets around the world, Astec's unique sales model has provided stability, consistent growth, and significant opportunities for our employees. Providing top quality fluid-applied roofing solutions at substantial savings to our clients has always been one of our top priorities.


Responsibilities:

  • Development and curation of new accounts and relationships, management of existing business
  • Working closely with a network of contractors to manage installation and maintain quality.
  • Make use of our existing marketing efforts to reach new clients while also developing and implementing new strategies to expand business in their region.

Skills, Attributes Required:

  • Experience selling to commercial/industrial clients is crucial.
  • This will require strong communication/interpersonal skills and a high energy level with a strong motivation to be a top producer.
  • Excellent communication skills...writing, speaking, and listening
  • Organized and able to manage time
  • Ability to learn and use existing CRM (SalesForce) and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Comfort with formal presentations, both in person and through webinar
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and an ability to work as a team player

Experience:

  • Five or more years of documented success in business-to-business direct sales
  • College degree preferred.
  • Proven experience dealing with customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training in sales and marketing principles
  • Strong MS Office knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Salary: 85K base with a 10% target bonus
