ICNA Canada is hiring a Junior Full Stack Developer at its head office in Mississauga to design and automate the IRC processes using the latest technology. Enhance the website and other tools to promote online presence. Manage electronic promotions and social media of its international and domestic programs.
Responsibilities: Reporting to the Director of Programs, this position is responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of all IT projects and social media management of ICNA Relief Canada. The individual assuming this role will be expected to design and implement IT solutions to digitize the processes within ICNA Relief Canada with the aim of improving overall effectiveness and efficiency.
The Junior Full Stack Developer is expected to provide technical leadership in all project phases including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and support. Also responsible for implementation of search engine optimization strategies, provide input for the development of marketing and promotional materials to promote events, build and manage effective relationships with all stakeholders, and ensure the automation of data and reports as required by the various departments within ICNA Relief Canada.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Must have experience developing and maintaining full stack applications in a
professional environment. Working experience with a modern backend language such as PHP, Perl, Java, C++,
etc. Knowledge of the MVC design pattern. Frontend development experience and knowledge of HTML, CSS,
in tools and technologies are considered an asset. Strong understanding of MySQL and relational databases.
