I need to develop a simple tool in Excel that will create a Word Document using data from an Excel Workbook.
The word doc has some specific requirements that are beyond the scope of technical capabilities one can learn by watching YouTube and/or StackOverflow. I do a fair amount of VBA development myself and this is beyond my ability to read/adapt my skills. So I am seeking a professional.
Current state of the project is that I have a Functional Requirements Doc and examples of the source workbook and the end Word doc.
If there are other ways to do this, I'm open to ideas (Python, PHP, etc.) Pipe-dream would be to carry this on through to an SAS Cloud hosted web-app type of an application, but for now I just need to get it going for my own purposes.
