ICCRC is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Professional Development (PD) Clerk to ensure that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) submissions from our members, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), and Professional Development (PD) submissions from our registrants, Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) are correct, complete and in compliance with either the Continuing Professional Development Regulation or the RISIA Registration Regulation. This important function supports RCICs and RISIAs in meeting their obligation to remain competent in their practice to protect the public.
Reporting to the Director of Education, the PD Clerk will be responsible for receiving and processing CPD and PD submissions, communicating with RCICs and RISIAs, and assisting the Education Department in meeting its mandate.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on independently processing a high volume of submissions.
Our ideal candidate is a strong administrator with excellent database management skills.
Mandate of Department
The Education Department oversees all aspects of the education standards of prospective and practicing RCICs and RISIAs.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
Receive and process CPD and PD forms (70%)
Communicate with RCICs and RISIAs (20%)
