This role has responsibility for developing, implementing and executing business strategies to achieve revenue and new business signings in multi-vendor Technology Services and Support within GTS. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in IT demonstrating a high level of expertise in Networking, Server and Storage technologies. In addition to a technical foundation, the Technical Sales Specialist will require excellent consultative, financial and solution Sales skills to harness relationships with clients, OEM and Alliance Account Managers, resident and cross-functional peers to execute sales objectives and targets.
o Territory management, client engagement
o Execute client management activities including selling TSS solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams and executing E2E Sales Cycle.
o Establish relationships with OEM Alliance Account Managers to establish joint client account engagement strategies.
o Being ambidextrous and agile in handling account and territory sales, planning and financial performance management.
o CRM management through SalesConnect including forecasting, pipeline progression, and achieving / exceeding sales budgets
Location: Role is in Toronto/Markham but flexible across Canada
