About Us

#paid is a Creator Media Platform that intelligently delivers content & media designed to optimize working spend. Top brands like Starbucks, Toyota, and H&M partner with #paid to achieve their most critical marketing objectives.


Role

We’re building an entirely new category at #paid called Creator Media. We need the world’s best demand marketer to bring this category to life, while leading and scaling our Marketing & SDR teams. You’re a modern marketing strategist that understands all forms of demand generation and has invented a few of your own. You will accelerate #paid’s success by crafting programs that help #paid’s message reach the right customer at the right time—at scale. You’re a dynamic, confident personality with the ability to influence & successfully drive projects with minimal guidance. You love data and ultimately increasing conversions and engaged prospects. You have a unique blend of marketing operations, creative integrated marketing, analytics, people management, and project management expertise. You will define the strategy for generating our sales pipeline, deciding how to propel prospects through the buyer’s journey of awareness, consideration, decision, success, and post-sale expansion. You want to own this unique role of creating a category in an exploding market. Most importantly, you’re a learning animal with a robust growth mindset.



Day to Day

  • Design #paid’s strategy for digital account based marketing to scale inbound leads and influence the sales pipeline
  • Determine the most appropriate mix of marketing programs to target existing and new prospects in key segments and verticals (i.e., webinars, trade shows, SEM, paid search, content syndication, display, web, and email)
  • Establish program measurement methodology for growth marketing and drive ROI
  • Validate the mix of demand generation tactics by testing new channels/tactics and scaling the currently successful channels
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of technical and analytical marketers
  • Manage a team of Sales Development Reps.
  • Work with content in different formats—integrated campaigns, email lifecycle nurture, webinars, online tutorials, etc.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team members in content, design, product marketing, and growth engineering to define and deliver an integrated campaign strategy
  • Work closely with content and design to consistently test new creative concepts and landing pages and optimize based on conversion results
  • Work with the growth engineering and design team to execute on performance marketing across all digital channels
  • Work with SDR team to create and manage SLA’s and campaigns for both inbound and outbound lead creation
  • Forecast lead and budget plans that align to company quarterly bookings goals
  • Own the marketing technology stack including Marketo, SalesForce and other MarTech tools
  • Communicate with marketing, executive staff, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results
  • Apply a lean methodology to test, reiterate, and optimize based on feedback and results


About You

  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, pipeline building, lead lifecycle, and nurturing
  • Previous experience building demand generation teams and managing sales development teams
  • Experience creating and executing ROI-driven marketing campaign plans
  • Experience working with third-party media sources to deliver new leads
  • Data-driven; proven ability to leverage campaign results to drive strategy
  • High energy, passionate, innovative, creative, with exceptional influence
  • Strong understanding of SaaS applications and business intelligence
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with SFDC, running reports, campaign management, and lead management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills

  • BA/BS in a related field such as journalism, marketing, or communications.
