As a Search Ads 360 Account Representative, you will develop and renew strategic relationships with customers. As their partner, you will proactively engage our customers to map strategies and coordinate Search Ads resources to enable them to achieve their online search marketing objectives using Search Ads 360 technology.
New Product Solutions is the link between Google's Product and Sales organizations. We turn product innovations into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google's advertising products and the web. We partner with Sales team members in building the strongest commercial strategy, and we equip customer-facing Googlers with essential product expertise. Manage customer relationships internally (e.g., Google Large Customer Sales teams) and externally (direct customers and agencies). Develop, drive, and renew these relationships across all levels of the organization.
Leverage client management, industry, and product experience to understand customer strategic objectives to best consult on the adoption of Search Ads 360 technology and best practice solutions to drive search marketing success.
Work closely with Google Large Customer Sales (LCS) team stakeholders to proactively identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support to drive customer communications, feature prioritization, and challenge resolution and enable customer success.
Act as the ultimate point of escalation for the resolution of Search Ads 360 customer challenges, from analysis, and research to coordination of resources.
