We are currently seeking a customer service star with a knack for understanding what customers are looking for and what is important to them as our Inside Sales Assistant to join our growing and dynamic Five Star team.
Your Job Scope:
In this role you'll be required to make sales calls by phone and set up sales appointments for all
company services according to established targets. Follow up on all sales quotes to assist the sales team to close/ complete sale. You'll also be expected to establish and coordinate customer service relationship with our clients. As well as following up on all existing services to ensure Five Star delivers success and customer satisfaction. Great administrative skills are crucial in this role by updating the CRM database in real time, maintain accurate information for all property managers and property management companies.
You'll need to have a solid background in customer service-related industry and have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales administrative experience. You are competitive and focused, enjoy reaching out and making new contracts, know how to persist and how to be assertive without being pushy. You have strong proficiency in Microsoft office is an asset, especially excel spreadsheets/ functions. If you are highly approachable with good listening skills, enjoy talking on the phone, a team player who works well in a fast-paced environment, and is customer service oriented, we want to hear from you!
