Senior Account Manager (2-3 month assignment, available immediately)
Like conducting an orchestra, the SAM co-ordinate client programms in conjunction with the Account Director and Account Manager. By acting as the liaison between FITCH and clients, they effectively engage internal teams, vendors and clients at the right point in the process to ensure successful, coordinated results.
The SAM strives to maintain, meet and exceed client expectations in overseeing the management and delivery of projects to budget and on time. This role is also responsible for ensuring that client deliverables are being fulfilled by the Account Managers and Account Coordinators.
Professional & Technical Experience:
Previous agency experience at Account Manager level, in design industry or related creative industry (retail experience required) with 4+ years’ experience
Proven experience in 3D/environmental design process
Proven ability to manage medium to large scale branding and design projects for both
environments and brand communication deliverables
Strong experience engaging, developing and retaining client relationships
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills honed within the creative industry
Team oriented within a framework of leadership
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills; must be able to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to coordinate, self-motivate and support the team, while working closely with other clients and creative
