FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Systems Programmer II in San Francisco, CA , to review, analyze, develop, install, modify, maintain and/or support major subsystem software components in a large computing environment across multiple production data centers. Provide technical support activities for a production environment. Install, maintain, and support operating system and components and subsystems. Analyze and resolve problems related to failures in computing environment and ancillary software components. Provide technical assistance to programming staff in analyzing application software deployments, performance and resource consumption. Create and maintain complete documentation as it relates to installation and status of software components. Provide 24x7 support for computing environment and ancillary software.
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation: supporting development of applications in the Salesforce ecosystem; building and deploying Apex and VisualForce/Lightening components; integrating third party APIs with Salesforce using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API; developing Salesforce communities and portals for end clients; creating custom reports based on client requirements; configuring salesforce security for users and clients based on users profiles and logins; automating processing utilizing Apex classes, triggers, and schedulers based on business requirements; developing and implementing Pardot marketing processes based on business requirements; and creating marketing campaigns and targeted emails based on business criteria. Must possess Salesforce.com Administrator Certification. Employer will accept three (3) years of university level studies plus two (2) years of experience supporting software development to meet the educational requirement.
