The Global Accounts Payable team is a fun, challenging and fast-paced team. It is a large team made up of talented individuals located in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. The team prides itself in working cohesively towards a common goal and creating a positive working atmosphere while supporting each other to enhance team performance.
What you will be doing
On a daily basis, you will be working to support our Accounts Payable team in a Helpdesk role. This position will handle the following functions:
Subject Matter Expert across all Accounts Payable functions
Perform routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures
Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email and instant message
Reconcile vendor statements
Provide clear responses to inquiries sent to Helpdesks regarding invoice status, payment remittances and other AP related processes
Assist in various accounting duties or special projects as needed
What you bring
High School diploma
Minimum of two years' experience working in Accounts Payable
Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and applications specific to the accounting function
Self-motivated and well organized
Attention to detail
Clear, tactful and constructive verbal and written communication skills
Data entry skills
Must be able to work with minimum supervision in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
