The Global Business Marketing team is looking for an experienced integrated Digital Marketing Manager to join the growing digital marketing and media practice.
The ideal candidate is a bold, multi-faceted and innovative digital marketer with a strong background in media strategy, channel operations, campaign execution, analytics and experience successfully working with cross-functional teams. This person is not afraid to think big and is also willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done. This individual thrives in a fast-moving environment and has a passion for making the world more open and connected.
Digital Strategy: Drive digital marketing strategy for Instagram and Facebook Business across digital channels including web, email and automation, social, and media.
Audience Development and Insights: Understand audience, audience insights and audience needs. Determine how to reach and engage our target audience to breakthrough with key programs and messages.
Program Support: Collaborate with Instagram and Facebook Business team (regional and global) and cross-functional partners to integrate digital, email, web and media executions into Go-To-Market plans for priority programs and initiatives.
Channel Strategy and Plan: Develop integrated media and digital strategy and plans across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive impact for the business (Web, Blog, Email, Social, Media).
Partnership and Communication: This role is highly cross-functional. You will be responsible for effective partner development and management. Strong communication is required for this candidate to be successful.
Agency Management: Coordinate with internal and external partners and agencies to successfully execute, activate and deliver plans.
Flawless Execution: Ensure all plans hit milestones and achieve desired delivery, within budget.
Measurement: Establish KPIs to track and measure digital efforts throughout each half. Work with cross-functional partners to pull and share key data with stakeholders at the program level, as well as in end-of-half wrap up reports with qualitative insights, key learnings, and recommendations for strategic shifts.
10+ years of experience as a digital marketing manager in-house or at media, marketing or advertising firms or agencies
Experience in digital marketing roles with increasing scope and impact at a marque brand
Knowledge of all aspects of online and offline media trends, channels and practices
Experience owning and operating the digital channels for a global brand
Experience developing and managing digital strategy and execution globally
Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional partners
Experience leading and managing projects from start to finish
Experience improving internal processes and creating structure within an organization
Experience developing a roadmap to collect the data needed to make business decisions
Experience managing social media in tech and in B2B
Experience managing people and developing teams
