We are currently seeking a Sales Development Agent, a member of EXP Sales remote sales team, that would be responsible for the direct tele-sales of EXP Sales services and client's products to potential and existing customers within North America. The Sales Development Agent is responsible for, pipeline building, qualifying target opportunities, starting the sales cycle, setting up appointments and following up with prospects. The Sales Development Agent maintains EXP Sales policies, standards, and ensures adherence to EXP Sales Vision, Mission and Values.
Progressively sell services to prospective business customers.
Meet and exceed prospecting metrics monthly.
Develops prospecting activities through telephone use (cold-calling).
Participates in all sales and training activities provided by EXP Sales.
Establishes a positive rapport with potential customers.
Position Requirements: Experience and Education
Post-Secondary Education, with a major in business or sales and marketing is preferred but not required.
1-2 Years previous sales experience in business-to-business services is preferred.
Ability to sit for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to use a telephone and computer.

Salary: $16.40 to $18.40 /hour
