ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced Customer Service Representative who prides themselves on the ability to provide exceptional customer service. You know how to work well in a team, but can provide and showcase leadership when needed. The opportunity to introduce new tools and concepts to allow the company to grow and improve excites you.


YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

As a Customer Service Specialist on our team, you will possess a mixed skill set which will allow you to carry out the below accountabilities:

  • Be directly responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers and effectively resolving customer enquiries in a considerate, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Work with our product development team to share customer feedback and test new features before release so we can provide the best experience possible to our user base.
  • Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for the wider team.
  • Work with the product development and QA teams to test new features and bug fixes and surfacing meaningful customer feedback.
  • Make active contributions to help achieve team goals and successes by sharing knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and aiding in documentation.
  • Maintain our customer support email through ZenDesk and replying to clients in a prompt matter


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Some of your qualifications include:

  • You have 2+ years experience working in a customer service role. Experience supporting a SaaS is preferred.
  • You're an excellent communicator, both verbally and written, and you know how to work in a team based setting
  • You have a demonstrated history of providing exceptional customer service
  • You know how to listen and respond to customer enquiries
  • You are extremely organized and detail oriented which allows you to provide solutions to various situations
  • You know how to use customer service tools like Zendesk, or equivalent
  • You're well-versed with computers, both hardware and software
  • Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Post-secondary degree
  • It is considered a bonus if you have hospitality -elated experience (restaurant or hotel)
