A fast growing tax firm has an immediate opening for an extremely competent and meticulous full charge bookkeeper with a minimum of seven year's experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Well versed with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
- AA or higher degree in Accounting/Finance
- Prior public accounting experience working with a CPA/tax professional will be a big plus.
- Well organized, detail oriented and self-motivated with a great attitude
- Excellent communication skills and must be able to manage multiple accounts with different clients
- Experience with check writing, payroll processing, sales tax, city/state tax filings, etc.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professional integrity and confidentiality
