Position Overview:

The position requires close coordination and administrative support and leadership of a sales team who represent multiple services and builders and developers in New Construction. Duties include: Salesforce profile management, proposal preparation, sales, and revenue reports, accurate data entry, database and industry research and analysis specific to clients, services or trends, meeting scheduling, attendance and minutes, team schedule management, and compilation and inventory of sales presentation materials and resources amongst other tasks.

Required Competencies & Skill Sets:

• Active listening, judgment, negotiation, time management, and analytical skills
• High level of Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Word
• Database report formatting and interpretation
• Professional correspondence and strong communication and presentation

Relevant Work Experience & Knowledge:

• Office Management
• Sales Assistance
• Contract Administration
• Salesforce or other CRM/Database software
• Accounting

Ideal Candidate:

• Two years of relatable experience preferred
• Attention to detail and adaptability in a demanding fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated but responsive to direction
• Process development and application focused
• Excels in fast-paced and demanding environments
• Proficient computer skills and use of various office applications are required
• Construction, Architecture, Engineering or Environmental/Sustainable Policy background(s) a plus
