The Director of National Brand Marketing oversees the strategy and marketing of the whole business. Responsibilities include developing the strategy with all key stakeholders (food & beverage, membership, retail), to executing all related elements (LTOs, key marketing programs, collateral) and rolling out to local brand marketing teams. Also responsible for managing and effectively developing the local brand marketers at each location as well as supporting the team in the home office.
The Director of National Brand Marketing is directly responsible for the marketing team's success in promoting multiple venues spread across the United States. You will Seek, negotiate and secure strategic media and promotional partnerships that will help drive traffic, awareness and positive PR for the 10 owned and operated clubs.
