Staff Accountant---EHPV Corporate Office At EHPV Management Group

EHPV Management Group is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our corporate office team. The staff accountant's main focus is to ensure that timely information is produced to measure performance of our various locations as well as providing additional support to our Assistant Controller and EVPV of Finance.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Gathering, processing, and interpreting data required to effectively perform the month-end close in a timely and efficient manner
• Analyzing and describing variances to budget
• Calculating and paying commissions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed General Ledger schedules
• Reconciling cash and bank statements
• Providing financial information to senior management for special projects and requests
• Having the ability to multi-task and work effectively within a team environment
• Interacting with external auditors
• Preforming ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred and/or a minimum of 2-3 years of related accounting experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and superior attention to details.
• Strong analytical and organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with NetSuite accounting software is a definite plus.
