Director of Client Marketing At EHE

Location: New York, New York

Job Description

What we’re looking for:

EHE is seeking a goal-oriented Director of Client Marketing to collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop programming strategies, marketing programs and implementation processes across our clients. This individual will provide strategic support to sales, business development, account leadership and the on-site team to drive engagement in our services. This role will manage all events related to client development.



In this role, you will:

  • Develop client marketing materials, including print materials (direct mail, onsite and event), talking points and email messaging
  • Provide thought partnership and support to onsite teams in preparation for and execution of events and meetings
  • Lead the development and annual refresh of core EHE marketing tools and assets needed for clients in collaboration with EHE marketing
  • Contribute significantly to content in and thinking behind client success annual account plan development
  • Serve as primary liaison between marketing team, client success team and our creative agency to foster the EHE brand strategies and tailor the approach when needed
  • Evaluate key client marketing plans relative to effectiveness and/or ROI, and provide recommendations for improved efficiencies/changes
  • Contribute to the new client onboarding by leading the marketing and communication plan of the implementation process and creating non-digital launch campaign elements
  • Work in concert with Marketing team on the new site opening process and coordination for enrollment and digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with the team to contribute to the strategy and tactics for B2B Marketing that includes asset development, in bound marketing programs and B2B advertising/promotions

What the role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 8+ years of related experience in strategic brand & client marketing
  • Results-oriented; high sense of urgency and energy
  • Demonstrated experience producing top-notch traditional and digital marketing materials
  • Strategic thinker with broad perspective and, at the same time, demonstrates an acute attention to detail and ability to execute flawlessly
  • Flexible and adaptable style; a partner who can think at a both strategic and tactical level
  • Experience working across and navigating cross functional teams to drive results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A true team player, who is passionate about the customer and marketing
  • Strong organizational, managerial and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
