Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Community Programs At Egencia

Egencia is seeking a Marketer to lead our customer community programs around the globe.

We are Egencia, the business travel arm of Expedia Group. We are searching for exceptional marketing talent to join our Customer Marketing team. This Customer Community Programs Manager will plan and deliver online client community. This role is a key contributor to the Global Marketing team, working collaboratively to build customer engagement programs that increase retention and revenue.

We are looking for a hardworking customer marketer who has a real passion for celebrating customer success and has demonstrated go-to-market success in enterprise environments. You should be intellectually curious, willing to experiment and take risks, uses data to drive decisions. We are global, so will execute with distributed teams around the world.

What You Will Do:

  • You will lead the online customer community strategy to increase customer enablement, revenue and retention. You will scale the program to customers worldwide and expand the scope of the community to new use cases
  • You will be a public face of Egencia to clients in the online community, at live events. Moderate online and offline discussions with customers in a way that helps drive value
  • You will own the online review presence for Egencia, identify top review sites, programs to encourage more online reviews and define the review response process
  • You'll build positive working relationships with product marketing, product, customer service, sales and account management teams. Through this collaboration you'll keep your finger on the pulse of the business and recognize opportunities to optimize your programs

What You Bring:

  • You're a well-rounded B2B marketing leader. You have 8+ years experience in marketing and are comfortable building programs from the ground up
  • You are an authority in online community tools like Salesforce, Influitive, Lithium and Jive and have a working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
  • You've delivered successful customer events that bring positive impact in multiple markets using a breadth of marketing disciplines especially digital marketing
  • You are curious with a creative point of view. You possess a growth mind-set and an ability to adapt quickly to change. You are courageous and agile
  • You are comfortable with establishing and communicating marketing performance indicators and metrics. You display rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality
  • You are a relentless problem solver. You are skilled in finding new ways to improve strategies and processes
  • You inspire others with a positive attitude and empathy toward the needs of customers and colleagues
