Online Marketing Manager At Egencia

Egencia is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is curious, an outstanding creative thinker, collaborator and problem solver. If you have experience running digital/website technologies and the marketing technology/revenue stack at a high-growth B2B software company, Egencia is looking for you to join our Digital Marketing team.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop the strategy and digital roadmap of the digital customer experience on our global marketing website in alignment with business priorities
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing go to market plans and execute on multi-channel projects in partnership with product marketing and customer lifecycle marketing teams
  • Project manage digital projects through the entire process of requirements gathering, prioritization, design, review, development and implementation
  • Partner with internal teams to execute account-based marketing activities
  • Lead the content and user experience of the customer website collaborating with internal teams (design, brand/communications, product, channel marketing) and external partners
  • Work with product tech teams to work iteratively with developers for improvements within the development cycle
  • Track and report on the performance of digital activities and assess against objectives in a continuous improvement process
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Automation team to integrate Marketo and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
  • Collaborate with marketing operations team to own mar-tech tools such as Pathfactory, Chili Piper etc
  • Develop the design agency relationship to ensure high quality work and impactful execution to create exceptional users experience for the highest return on our investment

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in the B2B space
  • Working knowledge of web design principles, UI, UX, best practices and content management
  • Required knowledge of WordPress, Drupal or similar CMS
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Big Query, Tableau and web master tools
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Chili Piper and Pathfactory a plus

  • You are dedicated and passionate about finding creative and meaningful ways to put marketing technologies to work to deliver scale and untapped value and potential
  • Data and insight are a key component to how you analyze problems and structure your decision-making. While not a data scientist you have deep understanding of data requirements, analytic models and reporting tools

  • Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize multiple initiatives with a willingness to ask questions and a desire to communicate effectively with your peers and managers
  • You know B2B, you know software, you have global marketing experience – another plus!
