Marketing Operations Manager At Egencia

Egencia is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Operations Manager who is curious, an outstanding logistical thinker, collaborator, and problem solver.

The Marketing Operations Manager will work with the marketing automation, campaigns, field marketing, analytics and finance teams to coordinate marketing tools and processes to build a marketing machine that is nimble and scalable, with measurable return on investment. You will be on point for running annual planning initiatives and monthly readouts with Egencia’s executive team and marketing leadership.

What You Will Do:

Program Management

  • Handle some of Marketing’s most high-profile initiatives, overseeing program planning, execution, leadership communication, change management, and ultimately ensuring that our top programmatic investments create impactful results
  • Collaborate effectively with key partners across the global marketing and sales teams to drive end-to-end program results

Drive Operational Efficiency, Measurement and Reporting:

  • Build the process for gathering input for reporting mechanisms then develop and distribute analysis of results and business impact
  • Design and improve global processes to measure marketing and field enablement outcomes and investment efficacy
  • Streamline and simplify processes to drive frictionless, uncompromisingly simple campaign execution
  • Lead with a data-first approach by analyzing the success of key projects and recommending improvements against performance metrics

Planning, Budgeting and Resourcing

  • Own process for annual resource planning, allocation, and tracking headcount and budget
  • Responsible for vendor on-boarding and management including contract management and SLA adherence
  • Act as a business partner to our Marketing leadership team through annual planning, helping them operationalize their strategic initiatives by translating their goals into plans

Who You Are:

  • An expert in workflows, timelines and processes for omni-channel B2B marketing
  • You love the challenge of integrating complex data sources with online and offline marketing, to enable marketing teams to deliver highly successful marketing campaigns
  • You are dedicated and passionate about finding creative ways to optimize and scale marketing programs and campaigns to deliver meaningful results
  • And you have a deep understanding of data and reporting requirements, with the ability to collaborate on analytics models, reporting tools, and return on investment analysis.

What You Bring:

  • You have 5+ years of experience working in a marketing, planning, or data operations and budgeting role
  • You have solid experience with marketing technologies, in particular, Workfront, Salesforce, Marketo, JIRA or similar technologies
  • You are a great teammate, collaborating to ensure we are maximizing the impact of our marketing processes, programs and budgets
  • You combine strong documentation, organization, and prioritization skills and the ability to present to leadership and executive groups
  • You demonstrate the ability to handle and prioritize across multiple initiatives with a willingness to ask questions and a desire to communicate effectively with your peers and managers
  • You know B2B & B2C, you know budgets, you advocate for data driven frameworks, you have global marketing experience – another plus!
  • You hold a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or related fields
