Marketing Manager

In addition to effectively implementing an annual Marketing Plan based on company initiatives, you'll foster an environment where team members feel supported so that they grow and flourish; assist in monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity against stated goals; and establish strong relationships with sales representatives, and when necessary, travel to support them and their customer base.

The ideal candidate will drive the marketing function to deliver upon set marketing initiatives, develop new marketing collateral and work with the greater team to expand into new markets and customers.

Requirements:

• Post Secondary degree with marketing, advertising or communications discipline
• 3 + years; experience in a designated marketing or advertising function
• Experience in social, e-marketing, managing mixed media campaigns and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills (able to communicate with all levels of the organization comfortably) coupled with strong planning and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills; proven ability in building relationships with clients and team members; motivate and effectively manage individual and team performance
• Creative thinker; excellent listener; strong collaborator; intuitive; proactive; and versatile
• Demonstrated ability to be productive, positive, and pro-active in a high functioning work environment, by prioritizing work and adapting to changing work demands
• Experience working closely with sales organization with a strong affinity for sales team success a benefit
• Self-motivated team player with demonstrated problem-solving skills; commitment to customer excellence; and a builder of strong relationships

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the planning and development of Egan marketing initiatives with the guidance and support of Marketing Director to execute marketing campaigns, press releases, content for trade publications, tradeshows, internal visual media, web site, etc.
• Responsible for effectively managing the day to day development of Marketing Coordinator, Salesforce Specialist, Graphic Designer and advertising agency partners.
• Aid in strategy and content to create sales-ready tools, including market-facing content that meets sales' needs. Supervise the preparation issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
• Analyze and evaluate KPIs for campaigns and optimize based on results
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives based on set KPIs and develop strategies to optimize and improve moving forward.
• Promote positive relationships with team members, sales representatives, dealers, and internal Egan employees. Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge.
• Assist in developing the company marketing vision and bringing it to the market;; effectively communicate product offerings to ensure current customers' needs are met while attracting new customer.
