The UX Designer will be an integral part in the business’ digital growth strategy. The UX Designer will lead efforts to optimize current user experiences and design and test additional designs, features, and functionality as we move towards an integrated, digital lead acquisition/policy purchase process, which includes landing pages, email campaigns, webpages, micro sites and web applications.
The UX Designer role encompasses designing user experiences from user flows and wireframes through final UI design, including writing requirements for development. The UX Designer will create and execute user test plans, A/B tests, surveys, etc., and use data collected to inform future design decisions. This person will also act as a liaison between the business and development teams to drive projects towards completion.
The ideal UX Designer must have the skills to translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant user experiences that drive higher conversion rates. The ideal person will have experience writing/editing front-end code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript) as well as experience with print/presentation design (PowerPoint, brochures, banners, brand materials).
