As the Traveller Support Specialist for the Group Sales team in our Toronto office, you will:

Support a team of Account Managers and Program Consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Work primarily through phone and email communication, to serve as the main source of information to travelers after booking tours.

Practice strong attention to detail daily, processing traveller reservations, entering traveller account details and navigating pre-tour requests for group members.

Through effective communication, you will enhance a customer’s experience prior to departure, ensuring traveller satisfaction and furthering loyalty to EF Go Ahead post tour.

Continuously juggle and prioritize tasks while working efficiently under pressure.

Your keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and creative approach to problem-solving feed your resolve to come up with the best solution for the customer.
