We are seeking an exceptionally detail-oriented and self-motivated individual who is comfortable working as part of a connected team, who is intrigued by the ever-evolving digital and social world. The Jr. Project Manager will support the Project Management team working across one of the biggest consumer electronic brands in the world. You will help coordinate project workflow with the Account team and Discipline Leads (Strategy & Planning, Creative Content and Development Technology). The works to set up and manage the project processes, define scopes, costs and time parameters.
Project Managers are the guardrails that ensure client goals are met—responsible for the execution of every deliverable. This role is the critical centerpiece between clients, account leads, creative content, strategy and the technology teams. As a Jr. PM, you will ensure that project deliverables meet time specifications and quality goals—the ultimate problem solver on any project.
Assisting in the creation and organization team/project processes documentation
Developing relevant reports and team communications
Serve as a creative problem solver, providing solutions to team challenges
Assist in facilitation and management of a variety of projects for a number of clients/account teams
Assist in developing strategies to manage department workflow
Assist in planning and execution of high level client meetings
Track and maintain product inventory
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational, time management, and oral & written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects, and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with the following programs is required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under deadline pressure
Resourcefulness– you know how to get things done
Strong interest in social media
