This 12-14 month contract opportunity is with a well known and highly respected Christian organization. Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Donor Database Administrator is responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data contained in The Raiser's Edge donor database, as well as overseeing all routine data input and output, including charitable tax receipts. In this role, the Database Administrator is also responsible for the performance, integrity and security of the organization's Raiser's Edge database. This position will be involved with the planning and development of the database as the donor database grows, as well as troubleshooting issues on behalf of the users.
Working as part of Public Relations team in collaboration with the Finance Department, responsibilities include importing and exporting data, developing and implementing processes to guide data entry in consultation with management, documenting database changes, and ensuring that the database effectively captures donor information. This position will be the first point of contact for the Public Relations staff with questions or problems with the use of the relational database.
Candidates for this role must have strong database skills and need to be a committed Christian.
