Business Development Manager
Account Development Manager The account development manager supports the development, maintenance and growth of the volume and gross profit of small format accounts for a given territory. The incumbent is responsible for the development and retention of accounts, as well as order entry in person, in the targeted geographic area. It also has the ability to change distribution, frequency and order entry procedures to better meet customer needs. The post can cross the borders of the territories of different institutions. responsibilities * Execute and complete sales visits, with a focus on value-added sales activities in specific accounts * Execute the image of success in POS, sell and deploy campaigns, and sell promotional programs * Ensure appropriate inventory levels in store and evaluate business results with customers * Ensure equipment meets minimum performance standards and develop action plans for zero or low volume equipment * Sell additional displays and equipment, as well as promotional programs * Follow daily, weekly and monthly visit activities and performance indicators against objectives and expectations Experience * 3 to 5 years on sale in the consumer goods sector * Minimum 2 years with consumer goods, sales for direct delivery in store and major account management * Excellent mandatory skills in analysis, organization, planning and verbal and written communication * Basic skills with a variety of computer programs * Valid driver's license and driving record that meets the policy guidelines of the Motor Vehicle Registration Office Education * Post-secondary degree * Bachelor's degree preferably
