Consultant, Digital Sales Planning and Strategy At CIBC

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting into the Director, Digital Sales Planning & Strategy, the Consultant, Digital Sales Planning & Strategy is accountable for leading the development of CIBC’s Digital Sales Plan for his/her assigned Line Of Business/portfolio, ensuring aggressive sales targets are met and aligned with CIBC’s 2020 mandate. The Consultant will achieve these goals by forging strong partnerships with related product groups & marketing teams, while leveraging data driven insights to prioritize digital tests & initiatives to be delivered by several teams including CIBC’s Agile Digital Sales & Marketing team. The Consultant will focus specifically on increasing digital sales that target existing clients, and important demographic groups, as well as, play a central role in achieving our digital adoption and engagement KPIs.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Results Driven Leadership
    - Partner with CIBC product groups, marketing, & fulfillment teams to jointly develop CIBC’s digital sales plan while ensuring alignment on related assumptions, targets, and roadmap initiatives. Lead regular business reviews to identify progress against digital sales plan including performance of media spend, digital campaigns, offers, and digital client journey optimization. This will include providing updates on agile sprint schedules, as well as projects & quick releases that support digital sales capabilities & production fixes.
  • Client Experience – The client is at the heart of everything we do. As the lead for that experience in digital channels, you will work with various stakeholders across the bank including marketing communication, digital insights, product teams and more acting as a digital product & journey subject matter expert while ensuring overall alignment with your assigned Line Of Business (LOB) partner. You will possess in-depth knowledge on product features & benefits, client profiles, CIBC digital sales capabilities, cross-channel experiences, and fulfillment flows.
  • Partnership and Collaboration – Love working and aligning with others to bring about business success? In this role, you will partner & collaborate with cross functional Agile Marketing teams to identify, prioritize, and influence the sequence and timing of scheduled campaigns, tactics & initiatives as well as agile marketing backlog items.
