Burgerim, an international burger franchise is seeking a Marketing Assistant for our Corporate Offices in Encino. We are looking for in-box thinker in an out-of-the-box department that will follow rules and procedures without micro-management.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Answering Marketing phone calls
- Creating Google Email Addresses Company Wide
- Managing the Marketing Email and send to appropriate team member
- Adding new locations to website (type, no coding required), update team
- Marketing Dept Calendar Updates
- Flight and Travel Coordination
- Sending contest, customer service and other mailings
- Clean and Organize Office and Kitchen
- Receive Payments and Reimbursements in a timely manner
- Maintain Marketing Receipts, Spreadsheets,
- Upload images, content to Dropbox/Better Chains
- Keep files of all marketing tasks
- Open to new tasks and projects that require little to no hand holding
- Be on time EVERY day. Dress well. Be professional.
