REQUIREMENTS: Employment is contingent upon background check, fingerprints, TB test, physical, and ongoing training and maintaining an active certificate in good standing. HBV vaccination not required, but suggested and available. This position requires regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. Must work well under pressure. SUMMARY: Driving all aspects of the external marketing efforts of the facility by planning and executing community resource contact visits required. Contributes to the overall impression of the facility in the market place to seek, gain and hold market share. Coordinates projects and activities for marketing our services by performing the following duties. Manages design and production of planned marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates or other team members. Plans, coordinates, conducts, and implements Business Development Plan to achieve facility revenue goals. Assists in providing a clean, safe, dignified, happy and healthy environment for residents as the lead internal Customer Service Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
