Interpret engineering documents for required finish, tolerance and positioning.
Determine equipment and set-up to be used to achieve desired results.
Write CNC programs.
Fabricate components using CNC machining center tools.
Machine various tooling components to very close tolerances indicated on drawings.
Work with various inspection tools to verify final results and record results as required.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow safe working practices.
Keep work area clean.
Maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean and orderly fashion.
Assist Fabrication and Machine Builders as needed, including the fabrication & installation of machine guarding.
Follow Work Instructions and maintain Checklists/Records when required.
Maintain departmental goals in keeping with company objectives.
Recommend improvements in order to facilitate company growth.
Assist with minor machine/tooling repairs as requested.
Maintain ISO13485 Certification requirements.
Provide incoming parts' inspection with emphasis on spare and service parts.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalency.
Five years' minimum experience operating CNC & Programing with specific machining experience/skills.
Good math skills.
CNC with conversational programing.
Various machines and hand tools including mill, lathe, grinding, etc.
Inspection tools such as scales, micrometer, vernier, caliper, etc.
