Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for the following position at its Montreal office:


Being a part of the Strategic planning and Business development team, you will play a key role to achieve BRP’s growth strategy. You will be tasked to s upport the delivery of high-impact strategic projects that advance BRP’s competitive position

  • Analyze markets, conduct researches, identify the principle issues, opportunities and trends to develop strategic insights on various industries

  • Recommend strategies and plans to resolve issues and/or to seize opportunities that move BRP toward realization of the enterprise mission

  • Play an active role in the preparation of business cases and other materials including strategy updates for the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors

  • Support inorganic growth opportunity (M&A) exploration and supporting transactions

  • Interact and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the enterprise and external advisors and consultants

  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensure follow-up and report to management


  • Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field, a Master is a plus

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a major consulting firm

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate in a multi functional and cultural environment

  • Team player with good interpersonal skills to manage frequent interactions with various business units and functions

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic team environment and ability to deliver timely results

  • Understanding of financial statements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French or any other language is a plus

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Passion for recreational products (all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, etc.) a strong asset

  • Occasional travel may be required.
