YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Being a part of the Strategic planning and Business development team, you will play a key role to achieve BRP’s growth strategy. You will be tasked to s upport the delivery of high-impact strategic projects that advance BRP’s competitive position
Analyze markets, conduct researches, identify the principle issues, opportunities and trends to develop strategic insights on various industries
Recommend strategies and plans to resolve issues and/or to seize opportunities that move BRP toward realization of the enterprise mission
Play an active role in the preparation of business cases and other materials including strategy updates for the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors
Support inorganic growth opportunity (M&A) exploration and supporting transactions
Interact and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the enterprise and external advisors and consultants
Manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensure follow-up and report to management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field, a Master is a plus
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a major consulting firm
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate in a multi functional and cultural environment
Team player with good interpersonal skills to manage frequent interactions with various business units and functions
Ability to work within a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic team environment and ability to deliver timely results
Understanding of financial statements
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French or any other language is a plus
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Passion for recreational products (all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, etc.) a strong asset
Occasional travel may be required.
