Coordinator, Building Services At Brookfield Properties

Job Description

Reporting into the General Manager, Technical Services, this position will coordinate tenant moves and additional building services. The incumbent will ensure tenant and preventative maintenance work orders are processed in an accurate and timely manner. The role will also act as liaison between Tenants, Operations, Management and Contractors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and process elevators bookings for tenants, contractors, movers and any Brookfield Properties events.
  • Provide monthly Trend Analysis Reporting to ensure benchmark targets are being met by the Operations team.
  • Maintain and administrate monthly Tenant billing reports to ensure accurate billing for services rendered through building services.
  • Schedule additional Building Services for Tenants and Brookfield events in a timely matter.
  • Responsible for maintaining monthly ‘HVAC - After Hours Standing Orders’ Database and ensuring information is accurate.
  • Monitoring overall functionality of Angus System daily to ensure all calls are being distributed, received and completed in a timely manner.
  • Providing Angus training opportunities for Operations, Housekeeping and Security staff while also acting as main point of contact for any Angus related inquiries.
  • Support as an alternative system back up for any Angus system outages.
  • Act as a Brookfield Place System administrator for Angus Preventative Maintenance.
  • Possibly required to provide back up support to other roles within department in line with operational demands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a service driven, professional and courteous individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The individual will have strong analytical skills and be detail oriented with sound decision-making abilities. They will need be able work well independently or in a team environment.

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Basic computer program literacy in Excel, Word, Angus Maintenance Database and Lotus Notes.
  • Service driven, professional, courteous with excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written).
  • Mature self-starter that can work with minimal or no supervision and is able to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Analytical and detail oriented with problem solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in an agile environment of continual change and constant improvement.
