We are currently seeking a Director of Sales – Construction Positioning to join our growing service team within Brandt’s Positioning Technology Division.
- Achieving sales growth and profitability in all areas of the Machine Control market.
- Achieving Sales goals and market share targets as agreed for the long-term success of the PTD business across the Company AOR.
- Providing feedback and input to both Brandt and Topcon into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing Machine Control programs and advertising initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Provide a focused approach to Machine Control sales – aid in the development and retention of Machine Control Territory Managers – sales techniques, proposals, training, demonstrations, customer events
- Travel to Branches to develop multi-level selling process with end users and understand unique market challenges.
- Liaise with Construction Sales team whenever possible to further shared goals
- Work with Corporate Inventory Manager to ensure appropriate inventory is available to anticipate and satisfy sales demands
