Creative Marketing Manager
Work with a variety of internal clients to design print, web and promotional materials
Independently create innovative visual communications
Produce new ideas and elements for typography, colour, imagery and other graphic fundamentals
Maintain and ensure proper usage of Advertising Guidelines in all design work
Communicate with project leaders on requirements and deadlines
Create special project designs and specialty Marketing materials as needed
Additional tasks as assigned
Experience and Educational Requirements:
Multimedia Diploma or equivalent in Design, Visual Communications or related field
Minimum 2 years industry related experience
Elements of design and layouts meet print, online and web industry standards
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
Experience producing videos including storyboarding, editing and export for final usage
Experience in motion graphics (After Effects)
Experience in animation an asset
Up-to-date with latest industry trends, technology and tools
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Impeccable sensitivity to and knowledge of colour theory, typography, hierarchy, and balance
Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize projects and meet deadlines
Enthusiastic self-directed team player
