Director of Digital: The Candidate is responsible for establishing the criteria, processes and systems to effectively measure, monitor and report on the digital user experience for BNYMellon.com and related digital channels. This includes content optimization, identification of actionable business intelligence, and insights that would enhance or evolve channel effectiveness. This role reports to the Director, Digital Marketing to establish priorities and ensure alignment with overall digital strategy. Develop and implement a uniform approach to measuring the effectiveness across digital marketing channels, campaigns and related activities including websites, social media, email marketing activities, paid search, and syndicated content. Team with business units to establish meaningful key performance indicators and related dashboards. Lead one or more strategic initiatives within the digital marketing function (e.g. platform enhancements, program development, applicaton development, etc.) including resources and budget. Support business leadership to ensure digital programs and initiatives are delivering to their satisfaction. Work closely with risk, compliance and technology to ensure digital marketing policies, procedures and best practices are compliant, up-to-date, and housed in approapraite manner.
