MINI Marketing Intern (12 months) At BMW

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Support the Digital Specialist on a quarterly basis to audit retailer website and social media practices, and providing direction to regional managers to improve.
Learn to work with creative and media agencies through micro digital campaigns - you'll develop assets and a media plan (SEM, Display).
Be the lead in ensuring the Marketing Hub, a central repository for Canadian MINI imagery, videos, and guidelines, are full of our most recent content to support retailers and agencies.
Support auto shows by creating interactive spec stand assets and managing incentive claim process.
Work with the lead creative agency to plan and execute MINI Acts of Kindness guerilla stunts.
Assisting with the development of MINI point-of-sale materials.
Weekly reporting of national leads generated (twice per week).
Management of MINI's motorsport contingency program and payouts.
Own the MINI John Cooper Works retailer contest and communicate monthly standings.
Support team budgeting with raising estimates in SAP.

In progress or recent completion of a Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Very strong organization, project management, and attention to detail skills.
Ability to own projects from start to finish and adhere to strict deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to build clear and impactful presentations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, work-intensive environment.
Understanding of paid media categories and media planning considered an asset.
Automotive industry background would be an asset.
Bilingual in French would be considered an asset.
