Analyze Retailer financial results and assist the National Manager, Retailer Network Development in preparation of monthly internal communications, in-dealership financial reviews, and regional meetings as required.
Investigate and propose new ways to maximize Retailer profitability through the development of analytical tools ie. fixed absorption calculator.
Manage and administer the Department budget.
Disseminate and prepare Retailer performance data, including the publishing of Retailer financial composites, management reports and Retailer Dashboard.
Overall management of KPI Cockpit, including data verification and co-ordination with key stakeholders from other departments.
Ad-hoc analysis of Retailer financial performance with recommendations for improvement.
Ensure accuracy of Retailer financial reporting through regular communication with Retailer Controllers and adjustments of financial statement reports.
Assist with development of presentations for Regional Retailer reviews or Strengthening Retail meetings.
Work closely with IT and Reynold & Reynolds to manage the annual financial statement changes and ensure KPI Cockpit, and IFC function properly.
4 year undergraduate degree (business degree with major in finance or accounting preferred).
Strong financial reports understanding and ability to analyze results and identify areas of opportunity.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, work-intensive environment.
Team Player with effective communication skills in-person, written and over the phone.
Accounting designation highly valued.
