Support the Marketing Manager and Specialists in the development and implementation of effective communications to increase awareness and sales of BMW and MINI Aftersales products and services.
Manage the planning and development of 2 to 3 fully encompassing Marketing campaigns (digital and/or print) alongside the Marketing Manager and Specialists.
Responsible for the development and distribution of monthly analytics reports for Aftersales content on BMW.ca, MINI.ca, Online Shops, and the Aftersales Hub.
Assist Retailers with Digital POS inquiries and training.
Ensure all new content is published to Retailer Digital POS systems and internal digital displays in a timely fashion.
Main lead for managing and responding to the online shop inquiry inboxes.
Accountable for weekly RDC stock updates for Marketing collateral.
Responsible for organizing weekly status meetings with the agencies and taking minutes.
Assist in managing budgets via raising PRs, POs, and invoicing.
Experience working with creative and media agencies
Ability to work on multiple projects and thrive in a fast paced environment
Strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Bilingualism (English/French) would be an asset
