Inside Sales Representative At Blueprint Software Systems Inc.

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Blueprint provides industry-leading software solutions that help large organizations build better business applications. Our product - Storyteller for Agile, bridges the gap between business planning and IT execution. This ensures that large-scale mission critical projects are completed successfully, on time and on budget. Organizations across the globe use Blueprint solutions to better align IT with their business by ensuring regulatory compliance, speeding transition to Agile, and automating their end to end BizDevOps toolchain. Nearly half of all Fortune 100 companies choose Blueprint to de-risk and accelerate their software projects.

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to act as the liaison between inbound prospect inquiries and our sales team. The successful candidate has an interest in sales and technology and excels as the first point of contact with prospects.

Role Overview:

  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing activities and inbound campaigns
  • Research contacts and accounts to optimize outreach and qualify prospects
  • Work with Enterprise Account Executives to drive pipeline growth
  • Provide a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  • Become a product expert and learn Blueprint's selling practices
  • Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Provide ongoing feedback of leads to help to build scalable demand generation practices

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS sales model
  • A passion for technology and innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly responsive while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proactive, highly driven and self-motivated with a great sense of initiative
  • An interest in developing a career in Sales
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) is an advantage
