ROLE: Marketing Programs Manager, Membership and Loyalty

We are a successful privately held company that owns and operates gas stations, convenience stores and car washes with a long term partnership with 76 branded fuel. Our business is expanding into new areas and this is an exciting time in our growth. Our experienced leadership team continues to integrate technology to further drive our business and stay competitive.
In Winter 2018 through Spring of 2019, we will launch a new hi-tech and customer centric car wash experience under the BLISS Car Wash Brand.
We are looking to bring on board an experienced Marketing Programs Manager, Memberships and Loyalty to create and launch a membership and loyalty rewards program. The qualified candidate will be responsible creating, launching and managing the membership program. In addition, concept and launch a rewards and loyalty program for BLISS Car Wash members.
To be successful in this demanding and exciting role you will be able to demonstrate a track record creating member and rewards programs and be able to;
Conceptualize and create a membership program ,rewards, loyalty program that helps drive membership sales and retain members.
Use data to ensure members are active and launch programs each quarter to drive engagement and retention.
Be accountable to providing a seamless and user friendly member program to ensure BLISS members have a Blissful experience.
Train all team members on sales techniques and ensure consistency.
Assist with brand launch and grand opening events for the brand and for each site location.
Build a loyalty program for non-members and execute strategies on converting one time single purchase customers to purchase a BLISS membership.
Establish partnership with local and national organizations that are for profit and non-profit that can be part of the rewards and membership program.
