Customer Success Manager (East) At Blend Labs

Location: New York, New York

Job Description

Blend is hiring a Technical Account Manager to be an instrumental part of the account management team at Blend. You will use your superior technical skills and client facing acumen to help scale Enterprise deployments through improvements to process, communication, and management. You will support the efforts of Enterprise Account Managers to roll out new product features, own program delivery, and drive efforts across the organization to deliver against our customers' success metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their requirements for new product features and communicate the technical value of Blend
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing customers, and present to them on a regular basis
  • Own program oversight of new feature delivery for Enterprise Accounts from planning and preparation, through deployment and success monitoring
  • Ensure timely resolution to support incidents, and craft and deliver status reports to customers on service line agreements
  • Be responsible for the vendor management and procurement process
  • Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Account Managers, Product, and Deployment teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a similar client-facing role at an enterprise software company
  • Extraordinary communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and confidence in communicating technical information to highly skilled audiences
  • Strong organizational skills to track, monitor, and drive ongoing issue resolution
  • Proven ability to build materials and presentations using a variety of tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Up to 25% travel may be required

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the lending or mortgage industries
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Solutions
