Responsible for gathering and verifying all data to create client invoices.
Compile, process, and maintain accounts payable records.
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Processing payroll on a weekly basis
Prepare various monthly journal entries as assigned.
Process through accounting system.
Create and maintain various expense tracking spreadsheets.
Various accounting projects as assigned and assisting the Human Resources Department with assigned tasks.
Responsible for various balance sheet reconciliations.
Work experience as a Payroll Specialist, Accounting Assistant, or Accounting Clerk
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Hands-on experience with Excel and accounting software.
Ability to multitask
Accounting degree preferred but not required
