Achievers' Enablement team is looking for a driven, self-starter with a roll-up your sleeves attitude to synchronize our global enablement program activities for our revenue teams (Sales and Customer Success). Enablement is the process of providing revenue teams with the right content, tools, plus training focused on how to leverage their toolkit effectively to drive in-role success and performance velocity. In this position, you will be coordinating the onboarding of new A-Players to our revenue teams and work cross-functionally on initiatives contributing to their success.
]Responsibilities:
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage incoming enablement requests, including training requests, process improvement suggestions, and general support
  • Partners with Enablement/Revenue Ops team members and global Subject Matter Experts (SME) to translate current state needs into effective enablement experiences, and programs
  • Collaborates with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing to develop sales collateral and enablement content, plus manage the enablement content repository to ensure that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible
  • Manages all logistics and execution of key revenue team events throughout the year such as onboarding bootcamps, enablement training, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Team Summits, Annual Sales Kick-Off (SKO), etc.
  • Facilitation of enablement sessions, training, and ad hoc content creation as needed
  • Program execution and building a feedback loop process between stakeholders and teams involved in the success of these programs
  • Continually evaluates and provides solutions for process, content, and tools improvements
  • Leverages rapid, agile project management techniques and processes to support our growth
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in enablement, sales training or L&D roles, preferably with a SaaS company or for a training provider
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be contributing to several projects simultaneously; maintain and regularly update multiple project schedules
  • Positive attitude, with exceptional ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to achieve outcomes
  • Post-secondary education in business, education, or a related field
