BlackboxMyCar is currently looking for a hardworking and dynamic individual to fill the role of
Customer Service Representative.
As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for managing new and existing customer relationships of BlackboxMyCar. You will work as part of the team that is responsible for receiving and processing North American orders, coordinating shipments, answering phones, providing prompt responses to customer concerns while delivering exceptional customer service.
Reports to: SalesManager
Type: Permanent, full-time position (Minimum 4 days per week between Monday to Saturday)
Location: Richmond, BC
